What is your return policy on custom boutique clothing/items? TOP Because boutique clothing is custom made to meet your specifications , we can not accept any returns unless there is an error on our part. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us prior to placing an order. If your items need to be altered, alterations may be available on certain items at the cost of $9.00 per item plus the cost of shipping both ways. However ,we gladly accept returns and exchanges on regular items provided that the item has not been worn,washed or damaged and all tags are attached. Shipping is the responsibility of the client. What is the cost of shipping? TOP We charge a flat rate of $7.95 for shipping, excludes large freight items such as furniture and international orders.Please contact us for the cost of shipping internationally. What forms of payment do you accept? TOP We gladly accept Paypal,Visa,American Expess,Discover, Master Card,Bank Cards,and money orders. I need a custom boutique item in 2 days,can you get it to me? TOP
Please keep in mind that most items listed are customized to fit your requests and can take up to 2 weeks depending on the design.We will try to be as accommodating as possible.If you have an order that needs to be rushed,please contact us prior to your purchase to discuss the details.We cannot stress enough that customer service is our #1 priority and we want your shopping experience to be a pleasant one.
