What is your return policy on custom boutique clothing/items?TOP Because all of our products are made to order, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. If an error is made, we will gladly replace your custom design with the same item. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us prior to placing an order.
I would like a catalog, can you mail me one?TOP Currently, we do not offer catalogs. However, this may be an option for us in the future. We will keep you posted.

Please keep in mind that most items listed are customized to fit your specifications and may take 4-6 weeks to ship. Holidays & weddings are the busiest times for us. However, we will try to be as accommodating as possible. If you have an order that needs to be rushed, please contact us prior to your purchase to discuss the details.
