SASSYCAKES BOUTIQUE NOR ANY OF IT'S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYERS, SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF SASSYCAKE BOUTIQUE PRODUCTS OR THE USE OR THE BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY, ALL OF WHICH EXPRESS OR IMPLIED ARE DISCLAIMED CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL SASSYCAKE BOUTIQUE PRODUCTS. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND SALES TAX
- We reserve the right to cancel any order that has been discontinued, incurred an unusually long back-order time or was advertised for the wrong price.
- We accept PayPal as our form of payment. It's fast, easy and secure! Most of all it costs you nothing. We will also accept e-checks if you prefer.
- All deliveries in the state of Alabama will be charged 8% sales tax on merchandise. NO SALES TAX will be charged for deliveries outside the state of Alabama.
- We use several designers and your purchases may come in different shipments.
- PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept returns/exchanges or cancellations on personalized, custom-made or monogrammed items. PLEASE take into consideration that the product is designed to meet your specifications and that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.This includes all of our tutus, tutu dresses, pettiskirts & pettiskirt dresses.
- However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with any NON-PERSONALIZED item, meaning it was bought as is with no customizations or alterations being made, We will happily accept your return within 7 days from the original postmark date for a full refund less the cost of shipping and handling. Please be sure to include your sales receipt, reason for return and your purchase will be refunded back to the original card that was charged for the purchase. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds after 7 days from the original postmark date on any NON-PERSONALIZED item.
- Merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition, be in original packing with all tags attached for full credit. If you fail to return your merchandise within the specified time frame or if the merchandise has been used, we will return the items back to you at your expense. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address. We highly recommend tracking and insuring your packages.
SHIPPING
- Most custom orders will ship 10 to 14 business days after your order is received unless stated otherwise. During holidays and busy peak times, custom orders may take 4-6 weeks to ship. Currently, the turnaround time is 4-6 weeks on our Pettiskirts, Tutus & Tutu Dresses. If a rush order is needed, please contact us first and note we charge a fee to rush an order. We ship via USPS Priority mail.
