All deliveries in the state of Alabama will be charged 8% sales tax on merchandise. NO SALES TAX will be charged for deliveries outside the state of Alabama.

PLEASE take into consideration that the product is designed to meet your specifications at the time the order is placed and that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.This includes all of our tutus, tutu dresses, ruffle pettiskirt tops, hair bows, pettiskirts, pettiskirt dresses, bedding, furniture, lunchboxes, hair bow holders, boutique party hats and any other custom boutique item listed on our site. We are also unable to give refunds or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, wrong color choices and incorrect addresses. Please choose your selections carefully and color samples are available upon request. Please note that color may vary due to your monitor setting. Most non-custom boutique orders will ship 14 to 21 business days after your order is received unless stated otherwise. During holidays and busy peak times (August through December), custom orders may take 6-8 weeks to ship. Currently, the turnaround time is 6-8 weeks on our Custom Pettiskirts, Tutus, Tutu Dresses & Wedding Couture. If a rush order is needed, please contact us first and note we charge a fee to rush an order. We ship via USPS Priority 3-4 days & Express mail 1-2 days.

Please note that the rush fee only pertains to expediting the design process. The ship time is based on the method of shipping selected at checkout. Standard shipping can be upgraded to Express shipping (1-2 days) at checkout.
